Co-founded by Babatunde Ajayi and Imoleayomide Ajayi, supported by directors Ademulegun Blessing James, Precious Eniayekan and Dr. Olusola Olowoyeye.
Babatunde O. Ajayi

Co-founder of TechKids AI and a GRC professional with 6+ years of experience across energy, supply chain, FMCG and consulting, including work within an Ofgem-regulated UK utility.
Holds ISO 27001 Lead Implementer (TÜV SÜD) and ISC2 CC certifications, with a focus on IT risk, GDPR, third-party risk, audit assurance and regulatory compliance.
Dr. Imoleayomide Ajayi

Co-founder of TechKids AI, a researcher and analytics professional with a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Loughborough University and experience across higher education, innovation consultancy and financial services.
Worked with AI start-ups and innovation-led organisations during her Doctoral Innovation Consultancy, and led analytics in micro-finance including credit scorecard development, predictive risk modelling and executive dashboards.

Research Fellow at CAIDP and Fellow of PACFAIE, ForHumanity and AI and Partners. Co-developer of VisionX Scan and co-author of The Truth Behind The Code. Holds certifications including AIGP, CGEIT, CGPC, GRC, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001, with policy expertise spanning the EU AI Act, African Union Continental AI Strategy, NIST, NAIS and other emerging frameworks.
