TechKids AI provides Artificial Intelligence education to children, schools, teachers and parents in the United Kingdom. For enquiry and booking data we act as the data controller. When delivering sessions inside a school, the school remains the controller for pupil data and we act as processor under your agreement with us.

Enquiry details you submit: name, email address, organisation and the content of your message.

Booking and delivery information: dates, year groups, session requirements and invoicing contacts.

Newsletter subscriptions: email address and subscription preferences.

Website analytics: aggregated, non-identifying usage data if you accept analytics cookies.

We do not ask children to create accounts on third-party AI tools, and we do not enter pupil personal data into AI prompts during sessions. Photographs are only taken and used where the school or parent has given written permission.

We rely on legitimate interests to respond to enquiries and deliver contracted sessions, contract performance for bookings, and consent for marketing emails and analytics cookies. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months. Booking and invoicing records are kept for 6 financial years as required by UK tax law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Contact hello@techkidsai.org and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
