Terms and Conditions

A booking is confirmed when we issue a written confirmation naming the dates, year groups and fee. Provisional dates are held for 10 working days.

Invoices are issued after delivery for schools and local authorities, with payment due within 30 days. Individual camp and club places are payable at the time of booking.

Cancellations more than 21 days before delivery are refunded in full. Between 21 and 7 days, 50 per cent of the fee is payable. Within 7 days the full fee is payable, though we will always try to reschedule instead.

If we have to cancel for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund or a rescheduled date at your choice.

Schools agree to provide appropriate supervision, a suitable room, and information about any pupil needs relevant to safe delivery. Parents agree to provide accurate medical and emergency contact details for camp bookings.

All educators hold enhanced DBS certificates and safeguarding training. Concerns raised during delivery are reported to your Designated Safeguarding Lead the same day, in line with our Safeguarding Policy.

Resources supplied remain our intellectual property and may be used freely within your setting but not resold or redistributed commercially.

We hold public liability insurance. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or anything else which cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
